Care and Comfort for Our Cariloha Communities

These are very trying times for countries, for businesses, and for individuals and families. As always, our top priority is ensuring the health and well-being of our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Cariloha team is constantly thinking of our Bamboo Nation family wherever you are in the world – whether at home with loved ones or on the front lines fighting this pandemic – hoping that you’re staying healthy and safe.

As we witness and experience so many unprecedented hardships at this time, the Cariloha team is striving to help soften the blow from this pandemic in the lives of healthcare workers, caregivers, and employees of essential businesses who are working on the frontlines every day. To that end, we’ve created the following community outreach program to assist wherever possible:

SOFT THINGS FOR HARD TIMES – COMMUNITY OUTREACH

  • We all experience hard times, some foreseen and some not, and the healing moments of relief help carry us through to better times ahead.
  • Working closely with our global distribution partners, this initiative allows us to provide Cariloha blankets, bed sheets, pillows, and more to communities and individuals who have been hit the hardest by the devastating impact of COVID-19. Soft Things for Hard Times is intended to soften the landing when life knocks you down.
  • Additionally, we’ve developed new Cariloha Bamboo Face Masks that are being distributed to all Cariloha employees on the front lines, and will also be available to purchase on Cariloha.com for the Bamboo Nation.
  • Your support of these bamboo masks allows us to donate protective face masks to the heroic medical professionals, first responders, and essential business employees in need.

CARILOHA HEADQUARTERS

As we do everything we can to keep our teams safe, especially our distribution center employees who are working hard to fulfill online orders, we’re adhering to CDC recommendations around social distancing, with staggered shifts and fewer employees allowed in the building at any time. We’ll continue to do so until we receive further direction from our national and state health and government officials.

We continue to maintain clean, sanitary work environments, with frequent daily cleanings, and our work stations are now structured to be spread out at safe, recommended social distances.

STORE CLOSURES

To help slow the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health and well being of our employees and customers, various Cariloha retail stores remain temporarily closed, while the majority of our U.S.-based stores are now open and can be contacted directly for updated hours. You can also still get your sustainable bamboo comfort here on Cariloha.com.

Additionally, Cariloha stores are scheduling free in-store bed consultations and taking phone-in orders. Cariloha stores can be contacted via their individual store contact information.

We continue to wish you and your families good health in your homes and communities. Most of all, we know that this will pass, and we look forward to seeing you and Cariloha safer and stronger on the other side.
