Satisfaction Guarantees for Select Cariloha Products
At Cariloha, LLC, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Cariloha mattress, comfort base, bedsheets, or pillow you purchased from Cariloha or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or a replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantees below are not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Please see each section below for additional terms regarding Cariloha product categories covered by the Satisfaction Guarantees.
To initiate a Satisfaction Guarantee claim, please contact us at 1.800.884.5815 or via email at onlineservice@cariloha.com. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product (including your order number if you purchased from Cariloha directly) and proof of purchase.
You must submit your Satisfaction Guarantee request within the time periods specified for each product category below. Cariloha reserves the right to verify information, request photos of your product, require valid proof of purchase, and to deny Satisfaction Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused Cariloha’s Satisfaction Guarantee. Cariloha may amend or terminate its Guarantees at any time without notice. The Guarantees are limited to the original purchaser and is limited to the United Sates.

Mattress 100-Night Satisfaction Guarantee
Try any of Cariloha’s comfortable, sustainable bamboo mattresses for a minimum of 30 days and, if you don't fall in love with it, you can return it for a refund or exchange it within 100 days from the date of delivery to you. The 100-Night Satisfaction Guarantee limits each customer to using the sleep trial one time. Please have receipt or other proof of purchase available when you contact Cariloha and information regarding whether you have communicated with the retailer from whom you purchased regarding a return.
Once guarantee eligibility is confirmed, Cariloha will facilitate and arrange for the pick-up of your mattress. Cariloha reserves the right to require the disposal or alternative disposition of any mattress subject to a guarantee claim in accordance with Cariloha’s instructions.
Excludes customers whose products are shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Comfort Base 100-Night Satisfaction Guarantee
Other than manufacturing defects covered by the limited warranty for comfort bases, if you’re unsatisfied with your comfort base (resort or classic base bed frame or foundation base) within the first 100 days of delivery, contact us for a refund, minus a $100 restocking fee. The 100-Night Satisfaction Guarantee limits each customer to using the sleep trial one time, and the comfort base must be tried for a minimum of 30 days. Please have receipt or other proof of purchase available when you contact Cariloha and information regarding whether you have communicated with the retailer from whom you purchased regarding a return.
Once guarantee eligibility is confirmed, Cariloha will arrange for the pick-up of your comfort base. Cariloha reserves the right to require the disposal or alternative disposition of any comfort base subject to a guarantee claim in accordance with Cariloha’s instructions.

Bed Sheet & Pillow 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely in love with your Cariloha bamboo bed sheets or pillows, they’re eligible for a refund or exchange with a proof of purchase. The refund or exchange must be requested within 100 days from the date of purchase, and the item(s) must be sent back to our Corporate Headquarters located in Sandy, Utah. Please do not send us any items without our prior authorization. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser.
